Indigo dyed...meaning the back of fabric is also dark blue. Great for re enacting shirts...you can turn up your cuff. These were printed in Japan...and are on a slightly coarser ground than most quilting fabric. Highly recommended for a blue/white quilt! The dyestuffs will stand the test of time.
